However, during the exam the doctor told me that CT scans require followup and they don't do followup, so even though they have a CT scanner, they never order CT scans. That was literally the only reason I went this morning. Being skeptical from past experiences, I confirmed again at check-in and was assured that the doctor could order a CT scan and that it could be done while I was there. Again, I called ahead of time and asked if the doctor could order a CT scan and if that CT scan could be done at their facility. I just got back from the third visit this morning, which was for myself. Second visit was similar - another visit with my mom and once again I was told they could not do x-rays. During the exam the doctor said that it was a weekend and they don't do X-rays on weekends, so we'd have to go to the ER. Staff told me by phone that if I brought her in right away, they could do an X-ray. First time - I took my mother there after she fell. I've gone there on 3 separate occasions now, after being told by phone that I could get imaging, only to find out during the exam that imaging was not going to be available in my case. Walk-in medical care is an excellent concept but this clinic has persistent issues they need to work on to serve the public better.
