While Valve does not require this for awarding a verified tick, they strongly encourage it, and we are committed to implementing this feature in a future update.

Please note that, as of now, there is no cross-cloud save feature between the native Linux and Windows versions. When playing on the Deck, the button prompts now display the correctly styled Steam Deck glyphs instead of the Xbox controller ones, and we have created a custom "how to play" screen.
